With a 13m³ aggregate bin and a powerful 276kW (375HP) chassis engine, the BDG-MS13 delivers 30% more capacity per load compared to the 10m³ model, significantly reducing the number of aggregate refilling stops and increasing daily output.
The BDG-MS13's precision mixing system is engineered for consistent slurry quality across all mix types. The mixing drum combines aggregate, emulsified asphalt, water, and liquid additives in precisely controlled proportions, with the material feed rates continuously adjusted by the PLC system based on the programmed mix design and vehicle speed. The result is a consistent, high-quality slurry mixture that meets the requirements of the most demanding highway authority specifications.
The 4000-liter emulsion tank, 4000-liter water tank, and 400-liter liquid additive tank provide ample material capacity for extended operations. The tanks are equipped with continuous level monitoring, and the PLC system alerts the operator when material levels require attention, preventing application defects caused by material shortages.
The adjustable paving screed covers widths from 2500mm to 4300mm, with hydraulic width adjustment allowing the operator to quickly change the effective paving width without stopping the machine. The screed pressure and angle are hydraulically controlled for optimal surface finish and edge quality.
