Overview
The Bridgent BDG-MS10 Micro Paving Slurry Seal Equipment is a versatile and powerful machine designed for the full range of cold-mix pavement surface treatments. With a 10m³ aggregate bin and a 247kW (336HP) chassis engine, the BDG-MS10 provides the capacity and power required for productive operation on both urban and rural road maintenance projects.
The BDG-MS10 is compatible with ordinary slurry seal, modified slurry seal, and micro paving applications. The precision mixing system combines aggregate, emulsified asphalt, water, and liquid additives in the correct proportions to produce a consistent, high-quality slurry mixture. The mixing drum speed and material feed rates are controlled by the PLC system, ensuring consistent mix quality throughout the working day.
The paving screed at the rear of the machine distributes the slurry mixture uniformly across the pavement surface. The screed width is adjustable from 2500mm to 4300mm, allowing the BDG-MS10 to treat road widths from narrow rural lanes to full highway lanes. The screed pressure and angle are hydraulically controlled for optimal surface finish.
The BDG-MS10's 3700-liter emulsion tank, 3700-liter water tank, and 400-liter liquid additive tank provide sufficient material capacity for extended operations between refilling stops. The tanks are equipped with level sensors that alert the operator when material levels are low, preventing the machine from running dry and causing application defects.
The truck's 89 km/h maximum speed allows rapid transit between project sites, reducing mobilization time and improving overall project efficiency. The compact dimensions of the BDG-MS10 make it suitable for operation in urban environments with restricted access.
