The Bridgent BDG-CS0810B Synchronous Chip Sealing Distributor is engineered for the most demanding chip seal applications, combining an 8500-liter asphalt tank with a 10000-liter aggregate bin in a single, highly efficient machine. The synchronous distribution of liquid asphalt and stone chips ensures optimal bonding between the binder and aggregate, producing chip seal layers that meet the highest quality standards.
The BDG-CS0810B's asphalt distribution system is built around the Belgium JOHNSON pump, renowned for its superior self-priming performance, wide speed range, and consistent flow characteristics. The pump's air-tight seal prevents asphalt leakage and maintains consistent spray pressure across the full 4200mm spray width. The high-precision nozzles feature a triple-overlap spray pattern, ensuring uniform asphalt coverage that is essential for proper aggregate embedment.
The aggregate distribution system features a precision-controlled conveyor belt and spreader gate mechanism that distributes stone chips uniformly across the full spray width. The gate opening is continuously adjusted by the PLC control system based on vehicle speed and the programmed chip application rate, ensuring consistent coverage regardless of speed variations.
The rapid heating asphalt tank with a capacity of 8500 liters provides ultra-large capacity for extended operations. The vertical spiral mixing device inside the tank ensures excellent asphalt fluidity, accurate temperature regulation, and prevents the separation of rubber powder and asphalt or the demulsification of emulsified asphalt. The tank's insulation maintains temperatures within the operating range for up to 8 hours.
The radar speed-measuring device continuously monitors vehicle speed and feeds this data to the PLC control system, which automatically adjusts both the asphalt spray pump and the aggregate conveyor speed to maintain the programmed application rates. This closed-loop control eliminates the manual adjustments that can lead to inconsistent chip seal quality.
