Overview

The BDG-REP06's horizontal reaction kettle is equipped with a spiral mixer that continuously agitates the rubber-asphalt blend during the reaction period. This mixing action prevents the separation of rubber particles from the asphalt matrix that can occur in static reaction vessels, ensuring a homogeneous rubber asphalt product with consistent performance characteristics throughout the batch.
The batching system comprises a hopper, beater, mixer, and gauging device that precisely controls the rubber powder dosing into the reaction kettle.
