The Bridgent BDG-EP06H Bitumen Emulsion Plant builds on the proven 06F design by adding an integrated heating system, making it suitable for operation in all climate conditions — from tropical regions to cold temperate zones where bitumen requires heating before processing.
The heating system uses a diesel-fired burner to heat the bitumen in the storage tank to the optimal processing temperature for emulsification. The automatic temperature controller maintains the bitumen at the target temperature with ±5°C precision, ensuring consistent viscosity and optimal conditions for the colloid mill to produce high-quality emulsion.
The BDG-EP06H's heating system is designed for outdoor operation, with all components rated for exposure to weather conditions. The plant can be operated in open-air environments without requiring a permanent building, making it suitable for temporary installations at road construction project sites.
Like the 06F model, the BDG-EP06H uses a modular design with all components mounted on a single base frame. The heating system components are integrated into the base frame design, maintaining the compact dimensions and ease of transport that characterize the 06 series plants.
