Each nozzle can be independently opened or closed, allowing the operator to precisely adjust the effective spray width from 1000mm to 6000mm in 250mm increments. The truck's thermal oil heating system, powered by a diesel burner with automatic temperature control, maintains the asphalt at the target temperature with ±2°C precision. The intelligent PLC control system integrates the radar speed sensor, spray pump controller, and temperature monitoring into a single operator interface.
