Overview
The Bridgent BDG-AD5000A Asphalt Distributor Truck combines compact dimensions with intelligent spraying technology, making it the preferred choice for municipal road authorities, rural road contractors, and maintenance crews working on projects where maneuverability is essential.
The truck's 5kW auxiliary engine independently powers the asphalt pump and heating system, ensuring continuous operation without drawing power from the main chassis engine. This design significantly reduces fuel consumption during stationary spraying operations and extends the service life of both the chassis and the working system.
At the heart of the BDG-AD5000A is a fully automatic temperature control system that maintains the asphalt at optimal spraying viscosity throughout the operation. The thermal oil heating system heats the 5000-liter insulated tank uniformly, preventing hot spots and ensuring consistent asphalt quality from the first spray to the last.
The precision spray bar spans 4500mm and features individually controllable nozzles with a triple-overlap spray pattern, ensuring uniform coverage across the full width. The radar speed-measuring device continuously monitors vehicle speed and automatically adjusts the spray pump output to maintain the target application rate regardless of speed variations.
Built on a reliable FAW or FOTON chassis, the BDG-AD5000A can be customized with different chassis brands, tank volumes, and spray bar widths to meet specific project requirements.
