The BDG-AD13000 is specifically designed for heating and spraying modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt on major infrastructure projects. The high-capacity thermal oil heating system, powered by a large diesel burner with automatic temperature control, can heat the full 13000-liter tank to working temperature in a fraction of the time required by smaller systems. The automatic temperature controller maintains the target temperature with ±2°C precision throughout the extended working day.
The truck's 6000mm spray bar features 24 individually controlled nozzles with a triple-overlap spray pattern. The Belgium JOHNSON asphalt pump provides the flow capacity and pressure required to maintain consistent spray quality across the full 6000mm width at high application rates. The radar speed-measuring device ensures precise application rate control regardless of vehicle speed.
For international export, the BDG-AD13000 can be configured with SINOTRUK HOWO or other chassis brands to meet local regulatory requirements. The tank and working system can also be mounted on a semi-trailer configuration for even higher capacity and easier transportation.
